Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026. These terms describe how Revcover works for a restaurant. They are written in plain language. They are not a lawyer's opinion. Have your own lawyer review them before you rely on them.
What Revcover does
Revcover reads payout files you upload and flags amounts that may still be worth asking the delivery app about. It writes dispute text you can copy. You paste that text into DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub and you submit it. Revcover does not log in, does not store a portal password, and does not file the claim for you. A flag is a suggestion to review. It is not a promise that a platform will pay anything back.
No affiliation
Revcover is not DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, and it is not their partner. Those names are used so you know which payout file the product reads. Their sites decide every dispute.
Price and the free month
The first month is free. No credit card is required for that month, and there is nothing to cancel before you are charged. Signup does not open Stripe Checkout. Revcover does not create a Stripe customer until you choose to subscribe. Nothing is charged unless you enter a card in Checkout.
The paid plan is $7.99 every three months. Checkout is offered when the free month ends, and you can open it sooner from the billing page if you want to subscribe early. If you subscribe while the free month is still running, the card you enter is first charged when the free month ends, unless you cancel in the billing portal before that date. If you subscribe after the free month, the $7.99 charge starts with that Checkout and then repeats every three months. Each paid charge has an invoice.
If the free month ends and you have not subscribed, scanning, filing, and exports stay limited until you subscribe. You can still sign in, open settings, and open billing. A failed payment does not keep the paid product open.
What you win back from a delivery app is yours. You earned it. Revcover does not take a percentage of recovered money.
Cancellation
During the free month, with no card on file, there is no renewal to cancel. After you subscribe, you can cancel the next renewal in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the following charge. You can also email revcoverhelp@gmail.com and we will close the restaurant account. There is no contract term beyond the quarterly charge you have already agreed to pay by entering a card.
A charge that Stripe has already collected is not automatically refunded by the software. Email revcoverhelp@gmail.com if you want to ask about a charge that already succeeded. The product does not publish a separate refund window for a paid invoice.
Your files
You confirm you have the right to upload the restaurant's payout reports. Do not upload a file that belongs to a restaurant you do not work for. You can delete a file inside Revcover. That also removes the orders that came from it. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored, where, and how to ask for deletion.
Limits
Delivery apps decide disputes, not Revcover. We are not responsible for a denial, a missed filing window, or money a platform does not return. If something goes wrong with the software, stop using it and email us. These terms do not limit rights that the law does not allow us to limit. The total amount you pay Revcover for a quarter is $7.99 once you have subscribed. That sentence describes the price. A court decides what remedy is available.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Revcover operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. That state is not named on this page yet. The operator will replace this sentence with the state after a lawyer confirms it.
