Where the payout file lives
Revcover reads the payout CSV. It does not log in for you, and it does not store the portal password. The boxes below are empty on purpose. Drop your own screenshot there when you want a reminder of the screen.
DoorDash
- Sign in to the DoorDash Merchant Portal as an owner or manager.
- Open Financials, then the reports or transactions export.
- Download the transactions file as a CSV. That file has the order number, date, subtotal, commission, error charges, and payout.
- Upload that CSV on the scan page or inside Revcover. A menu export or a PDF will be rejected.

Uber Eats
- Sign in to Uber Eats Manager as an admin or manager.
- Open Reports or Payments.
- Export the payments or orders report as a CSV. It should include food sales, the marketplace fee, refunds, and the payout.
- Upload that CSV. If Revcover says the file looks like a different app, leave the platform on Automatic.

Grubhub
- Sign in to Grubhub for Restaurants as a manager.
- Open the deposits or transactions report.
- Export it as a CSV with the order number, date, subtotal, commission, and restaurant total.
- Upload that CSV. A bank deposit export is a different file and will not scan.
